TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MOMAN.PL

§1. General Information

  1. The online store available at moman.pl is operated by MOMAN s.c. Janusz Rembiasz, Sebastian Żyśko, headquartered in Swarożyn, Poland.

§2. Definitions

  1. Customer – any entity using the Store.
  2. Consumer – a natural person purchasing not directly related to business activity.
  3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a self-employed person purchasing outside professional scope.
  4. Goods – products offered in the Store, including custom-made gauge faces and panels.

§3. User Account

  1. Account registration is optional.
  2. Purchase without registration is possible.

§4. Products

  1. Products are largely custom-made according to Customer specifications.
  2. Customer is responsible for providing correct technical data.
  3. Where a photo of the instrument cluster is provided, Seller may verify compatibility, however final responsibility remains with the Customer.

§5. Contract conclusion

  1. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation.

§6. Prices and payments

  1. All prices are gross prices.
  2. Payment methods include all methods available in the Store.

§7. Delivery

  1. Deliveries are carried out via InPost, FedEx and Spring GDS (international).

§8. Order fulfilment

  1. Standard production time: up to 10 working days.
  2. Custom orders: approx. 2–4 weeks depending on specification.

§9. Custom-made goods

  1. Goods manufactured to Customer specifications are excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law.

§10. Configuration responsibility

  1. Customer is fully responsible for selecting correct parameters including speed scale, vehicle model and unit system.
  2. Seller is not liable for incorrect configuration provided by Customer.

§11. Product nature

  1. Products are not certified measuring instruments and are not subject to metrological calibration.
  2. Products are visual/informational components only.

§12. Product usage

  1. Seller is not responsible for how products are used after delivery.
  2. This includes unlawful use, misuse, social media publication or use in modified vehicles.

§13. Liability for conformity

  1. Seller is liable for non-conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.

§14. Warranty

  1. Warranty period: 3–12 months depending on product description.

§15. Personal data

  1. Data controller is MOMAN s.c.
  2. Data processed in accordance with GDPR.

§16. Reviews

  1. Reviews may come from Google or Trustpilot or verified customers.

§17. Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days except custom-made goods.

§18. Governing law

  1. Polish law applies.
